• Local Storage: Your roast history is stored in your browser's localStorage

How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-powered roast feedback using OpenAI/Claude
• To process payments through Polar.sh (paid tiers only)
• To display public leaderboards (only anonymous data like score and URL domain)
• To improve our service quality

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in our SQLite database. Roast history is also stored locally in your browser. We retain roast data to show previous results and power the leaderboard feature.

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI/Claude: We send screenshots to AI services for analysis
• Polar.sh: Payment processing for paid tiers
• Cloud Infrastructure: Hosted on Hetzner servers

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session management if you create an account. Free roasts require no cookies. LocalStorage is used to save your roast history in your browser.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at hey@roastmylanding.space. Note that anonymized leaderboard data may be retained.
